Overscroll footer reveal
Scroll to the bottom, then keep scrolling.
The page itself lifts. Wheel deltas past the scroll limit accumulate into a clamped value, that value drives a target offset, and the page eases toward it. Stop scrolling and it drops back on its own curve.

The reveal is not a scroll position — it is a pressure reading. Short flicks lift a little, sustained scrolling reaches the ceiling, and the accumulator resets after a moment of stillness.
